Identified over the phone that my connectivity issue was likely not something intrinsically wrong with my computer that they could fix but was instead a problem with my routers. Rather than charging me money for something they would have no control over, they helped me isolate and fix the problem myself.

I used their services for data recovery on an external hard drive. Erik was great to work with, he communicated well throughout the process and did what he promised to do. It also helps that he was able to recover the data. I will certainly go back if/when I have other computer/tech needs.

I had a couple of computers that I never wanted to turn over to e-waste because I had sensitive data that I wanted wiped. I know deleting files does not permanently remove the data, if you know how to retrieve it. I took them to Purl and Eric was AMAZING!! He removed the data drives and destroyed them right in front of me. It took him a matter of minutes and I have FULL faith the data will never be retrieved from those things. He didn't charge me anything and to make it even better, he was able to e-waste the remainder of the carcasses. I am so thankful; I can't say enough, I wish I could give him 10 stars.
