I had a computer that stopped working suddenly and Eric helped diagnose the problem, install new hardware, and ensure my OS was up and running no problem for a single inexpensive fee. I highly recommend giving Purl computers a chance if you're having computer problems.
Identified over the phone that my connectivity issue was likely not something intrinsically wrong with my computer that they could fix but was instead a problem with my routers. Rather than charging me money for something they would have no control over, they helped me isolate and fix the problem myself.
I used their services for data recovery on an external hard drive. Erik was great to work with, he communicated well throughout the process and did what he promised to do. It also helps that he was able to recover the data. I will certainly go back if/when I have other computer/tech needs.
