Austin Toland, the residential route manager , is very helpful , efficient and professional. We had a carpet beetle issue in our house . Austin visited our house every week for a month to spray the inside of the house , the surrounding area of the house to exterminate the bugs . He is always timely and effective with his work . I strongly recommend Austin to our friends and family . Thank you Austin for a job well done !

We have has good experience over many years. Regular service preventive maintenance has helped. Our technician, Tyler, is very professional and does excellent work as needed. The Livermore office serves our area and has been very responsive when problems arise, sending a technician and giving phone advice .

I spoke with Stephanie, who understood my issue and educated on me on the suggested solution. Not to mention, she offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse? Our Orkin man, Rolando , is too funny! Loved his sense of humor. He definitely made us feel comfortable in knowing that we were taken care of! But that’s just Our Orkin man. Now we have to see how well the service is with getting rid of these critters. Will up date as we go!Services: General pest inspection
