Livermore Dental failed to inform me of the cost of care after I asked them every single time I went in how much I would be expected to pay, and now they claim I owe them a bunch of money even though I already paid them $1000 out of pocket.I had anthem Blue Cross insurance, and they claimed that my insurance would be accepted, but I still asked EVERY TIME how much I would pay out of pocket, and each time it was "don't worry about it!" or some similar dismissive answer.I came in 4-5 times over the course of a year and a half for regular cleaning and then a couple deep cleanings and then finally they called me and said "we can't do any more work until you pay down this...read full review

I wasn't sure what to expect but they made me feel really comfortable. The Dr talked to me about what the expect and asked me what my expectations were. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. It was by far the best dental appointment I have ever had. I felt really good about committing to my treatment.

I called them to get a ball park figure of implant cost.The lady said price is vary between 1000 to 5000 and Dr will tel you when visit you. I made appointment and went there. Front desk lady was not very welcome. I filled out the forms were about my information but there was an agreement including 3 pages both side full with small font, they asked me to sign them too. I told them I'm here for consulting and getting price for 5 implant I wanna plant . Still I am not sure if I'll do anything here, before been checked by Dr and getting the plan and price . I'll sign agreement when I am back to get your treatment . She didn't accept and said I have to sign if I wanna meet Dr. I asked her if I can have a copy of them when I signed . She said : "NO" (exactly like this: a big fat NO) I decided to not going further and got out of office however I've been driven to Livermore and wasted my time .
