I work for the Contra Costa Crisis Center. We’re a small non-profit in the San Francisco bay area with limited staffing resources particularly in the area of technology and computer networks. We’ve been a customer for a little over a year now and having Lanlogic as a resource we can rely on has been comforting. This past week proved once again that Lanlogic is precisely the kind of support the Agency is looking for and to be the go to company if I as the sole tech support happened to be away.

Our business is growing rapidly and has a fairly complex network for our size of operation. After working with a few other technology vendors, we partnered with LanLogic a couple of years ago. The experience has been very positive; we have found them to be reliable, available, informed and nice to work with too. They helped take much of the IT stress we were experiencing out of the atmosphere and shored up our infrastructure.

I use Lanlogic for hosting of my Microsoft Exchange. I have always been very happy with this company. I got an email last week that today, Friday the 7th, the whole staff would be taking off for a business retreat at noon. Around 11:45, my email stopped working. I called them and left a message - fearing that I would be without email for 5+ hours. They called me back 5 minutes later saying that they weren't leaving until it was fixed and only moments later, we were back online.
