It has taken me a while to finally get this review written but my satisfaction with Ryan and his Kelly Roofing team has only improved over time. I had a complete re-roofing done in advance of the installation of a solar power system - which is another story - and selected Kelly Roofing, in part because of the Yelp reviews but largely because of my interaction with Ryan when he came to give me an estimate. Kelly Roofing was the most distant roofer but those closer to our home just couldn't compare with Ryan's knowledge and approach. And in addition to being an expert, he is also a nice guy. In summary we are very satisfied with the work Kelly Roofing did replacing our roof. Carlos, our contact person was easy to work with, always responsive, and answered emails and phone calls promptly. We would have liked to replace the roof with shake like our old roof, but that wasn't practical, so we went with the triple layer asphalt shingles. While it doesn't approach the look of shake, it it has some dimension and matches our house well. The job took a week, a bit longer than we'd liked, but otherwise went off without any hitches. We'd recommend Kelly Roofing without reservation.

From the initial estimate, Kelly Roofing and team were a blessing to work with. Their level of professionalism and communication is not what you generally find within the contractor sector. This was a mandate, as I was having solar installed in parallel and didn't want one contractor to slow down the work of the other. Carlos' bid was very competitive when you considered the grade of material that they use. Though they weren't the lowest, it's clear that they truly have the customer's interest at heart and aren't simply trying to get over on someone who is uneducated with regards to roofing/gutters.
