Duane did a fantastic job replacing the channel balances on most of our windows. We can now open and close the windows without struggles. We contacted another company in town last year, but got ghosted after their initial visit, even after they reaffirmed via text message that they would send me a quote. I thought it was our work being small, so we were kind of discouraged to contact another company since then. I am so glad that I reached out to Jim's Glass this year. It was such a smooth process.
