We called to schedule and talked to Terrance. We were able to get someone to come out the next day. The young man who cleaned the carpet was Louie Hernandez and he seemed knowledgeable and explained the process he used. The carpet dried in 24 hours, and looked good.

We have two large area rugs that were desperate to be cleaned, plus a GIANT who puked on one. Mike came out on New Year's Eve and cleaned them both. I am still embarrassed that we let them get that dirty. Thank you, Mike for helping us get the house back to a little less dog smelling.

Getting house ready to sell, we hired Heavenly RapidDry to clean the carpet and tile floors. Mike did a fantastic job on both my carpet and my tile floors. 16 years of grout looks new again. 10 year old carpet looks great. Amazing. Mike was very responsive, reliable and very efficient. Would definitely hire him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to friends.
