Chris really took the time to listen and explain what was going on with my body. The adjustments weren’t scary at all—actually kind of satisfying—and I felt better almost right away. I also picked up a few tips on posture and stretches that have helped in between visits. The office has a nice vibe too—clean, friendly, and relaxed. Overall, I’d definitely recommend giving chiropractic care a shot if you’re dealing with pain or just feeling off. It’s made a big difference for me.
I contacted Health and Wellness Chiropractic early this afternoon and they had me in the office in a matter of hours. I have a genetic connective tissue disease so I’m always skeptical of chiropractic due to my condition. Dr. Pham was super accommodating and was actually quite familiar with my condition which was super helpful! He did some physical tests to make sure it was safe to adjust me. The exam was quick but comprehensive. He checked my whole body prior to adjusting me. The 10 minutes of tens and heat therapy was so relaxing and helped my pain a ton even prior to the adjustment. I’ve seen several chiropractors over the years and they all struggled to adjust me due to muscle tightness from my condition. Dr. Pham worked with me and had me feeling almost no pain at the end, which is huge as I have chronic pain as a result of my disease. I haven’t felt that good in years (I’m only 22 but internally my body is about 55 due to the disease). Will definitely be returning!
