Halco roofing replaced my roof back in 2006. Recently, my homeowners insurance company requested proof the roof had been replaced. I located some old paperwork with a phone number, but I could not locate my final paperwork. Jennifer at Halco returned my call the same day, and by the next day had sent me a letter confirming the date, type of roof, warranty, etc. Everything I needed. Now THAT is service you don't often find! If a company is willing to do that, there should be no need to look further.

Halco was recommended to me by a friend and neighbor. They did an excellent job re-roofing my home in Livermore at a competitive price. Hal, Jennifer and Lupe are very good to work with, taking time to address customer concerns. They are experienced professionals that gave me confidence the job would be done right. During the quoting process Hal did an inspection of my existing roof and estimating the remaining life. He addressed my questions about replacing all of the barge rafters and all the soffit vents including adding a few for better air flow. Our neighbor recommended Halco Roofing after our insurance company wanted to cancel our policy for our roof needing repair. We contacted Hal and Jennifer and told them our situation. They went over and beyond with their support in dealing with the urgency of our problem. In a nutshell, we have a new roof that was expertly finished at a reasonable price and that met our time requirement. They worked hard, cleaned up every day and were careful and respectful of our landscape. My wife and I couldn't be happier. If you need I new roof we highly recommend Halco.
