The crate was shipped from St. Louis to Oakland Cali. In route for two weeks, We were supposed to have our freight on Thursday, but due to unforeseen breakdowns in Kansas, it did not arrive on time. They don’t work on Sunday so we could not get ahold of anyone for updated information other than being in transit. On Monday morning they said that it would be delivered 8:30 am to 9:30 am, we waited….by 11:30 or so we were told it sitting at the FedEx warehouse and we could expect delivery between noon and 2, 3 at the latest. So we ended up driving to the fedex warehouse to get the crate ourselves. We wasted a day and a half in all! And never received the auto...read full review
