Could not have had a better repair experience after getting a chip in my windshield. John and his team were able to book an appointment for me the same day and they started on my truck as soon as I pulled in. They even went out of their way to help me with the photo documentation that my insurance required.
The chip all but disappeared from view after their repair and the results were much better than I have received at other glass repair shops. 10/10, would recommend.
Hours before I was supposed to leave for a long weekend trip, a small chip in my windshield decided to expand to the size of a dinner plate. Elite found me a replacement and had it install in time for me to still get out for my trip. Great customer service.
John and his team saved me from a REALLY bad experience with another (big name) glass company. They stepped up and completed the job in 30 minutes and worked things out with my insurance company. Even if I DIDN'T have insurance, their prices are incredible. I will never use another glass shop again!
