    Finding out that I had the very common Diastasis Recti (split abs) after having my second child was worrisome as I know it can lead to a hernia. It had also been the cause of all my back pain and the tummy pooch that I couldn’t get rid of even after dropping weight. My Dr recommended Pilates to help support my body and rebuild abdominal muscles. I started working with Caitlin who specializes in my condition, and found it so amazing & much different than the group Pilates I had done before. Being able to target my exact needs was critical to make sure I didn’t make things worse. With her expertise, we were able to close up around a 3 inch gap already, before I became pregnant with my 3rd child! I’ve been working out about 2x a week throughout this pregnancy (currently almost 7 months along) and it has kept my body in check from excessive pain & strengthens my core for labor/supporting my growing belly! I feel so great after our sessions & know I’d feel much worse without it since this has been such a different pregnancy (mostly due to my diastasis)! Caitlin is professional, encouraging, & really knows her client’s bodies, making sure to provide a wide range of exercises that suite your specific needs! Working one on one is a total game changer & I have learned a ton about my body. Her studio is Gorgeous with lots of different things to play with making the workouts fun! I also appreciate the extra tips and easy exercises she gives me to do at home when my body starts to ache again. I am thrilled to have found someone so great with post & prenatal Pilates, and look forward to sticking with it after I have the baby as well! Thanks Caitlin!!

    Caitlin is incredibly personable, professional, and a master at her craft. I became her client just weeks after giving birth, and she helped repair my diastasis recti through targeted exercises and my overall fitness was improved. I could not be happier with her personalized and efficient work.
