Neighbor highly recommended Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters for Bradford White brand, 6 yr warranty parts/LABOR. Offered other reliable brands (American Standard) Friends/family referral $100 bonus for each referral. She already got her check. I also got $100 discount. Barnett included city building permit $365 in estimate/took care of paperwork. I just call for inspector appt. I prefer not to use Home Depot/Lowe's w limited brands/subcontractors for water heater. Excellent customer service, experienced installer Max who offered no pressure options to choose best option/budget. Barnett Plumbing replaced my gas water heater with a heat pump unit. Everything about the initial estimate, follow through, and actual installation (including subcontractor for power) was excellent; I couldn't have asked for more. But where they really shined was in helping me navigate the rebate process and accommodating my unique HVAC requirements for this unit. Other plumbers treated the HVAC requirements as a hassle; Barnett worked with me and produced a great result.
Alberto is a master of his craft. The work was done masterfully and I inspected carefully. The work product is A class. He even rerouted a water drain line that was left askew by the last plumber that changed the water heater. My compliments and thanks for a job well done.
