We used William when we first moved into our home and had some rodent issues. He quickly figured out the points of entry, sealed them, and set traps for the rodents who were in the attic/home. He came by any time one was caught and disposed of it, then reset the traps. He explained why they were coming in and what their behaviors were which helped us understand what was going on. I would use him again.

I cannot say enough positive things about William. He is extremely knowledgeable and can tell you more about rats and any type of insect their habits. We have used his pest control service for many years now and I continue to be impressed every single time with his willingness to fit a service call in, even very late notice. We apparently have a "rat's paradise" of a backyard (fruit, pool, etc.) he says so we attract them every couple years it seems. He takes care of the issue immediately. Highly recommend supporting his local business.

After a year of attempting DIY methods for our inside ant infections, we got fed up and researched a local pest control partner. After several calls, we were so happy to find William! He took the time to explain why we were getting infested, his strategy (which we liked), provided his prices (which we felt were very reasonable), and then offered to do the first treatment the same day! Sold! We are happy to partner with a local business who took the time to explain the situation to us.
