American Array did a great job overall. From working with sales, their electrician, roofers and especially Adam. Adam is the real superstar on that team and he quickly addressed my concerns to wrap up my project. My project consisted of a new roof, MSP upgrade, solar and batteries. There were times that were hard to get updates from project management on status. I understand they’re extremely busy with the big ugly bill removing the ITC for residential solar. American Array is competitive and does quality work. My roof both shingles and solar looks great. Special thanks to Adam again for going the extra mile, above and beyond to resolve my concerns.
I had a great experience working with this team from start to finish. Due to some personal issues, I actually had to suspend my solar project for a while mid-process. When I was finally ready to resume, we were under a significant time crunch.
The team ( and Adam in particular) went absolutely above and beyond to make it happen. They managed to parallelize several steps of the installation and permitting process to get us back on track. I am so grateful I went with American Array Solar for my Tesla powerwall 3 and solar panel install. They delivered on time. At all stages they were very professional. I made sure to verify that they had a license. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
