In the middle of heat wave, AC quits making cold air. Robert promptly responded to a SOS voicemail from the weekend and was able to stop by next day to fix when others have quoted 1 week to visit. He already knew what the issue could be even before coming out hearing the symptoms. And fixed it on first shot. Yes there was a truck charge, but he was not trying to price gauge you like the other place. All in all, I know who I can depend on next time I am stuck with no cold air. :)
