The staff, who know their customers by name, are always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. The store is well-stocked with a great selection of Craftsman tools and nuts and bolts. Customers appreciate the convenient shopping experience, including the option to shop online and have items delivered to the store. While prices may be high on some items, the employees' exceptional service makes up for it.
Ace Hardware in Livermore has all the products I need, great staff and this particular review is a shout out to Jenna in the paint department that helped me today. You probably know this already, but you’re amazing! Your knowledge is exceptional, customer service skills are top-notch and you have a great sense of humor!

I have been doing tons of DIY projects lately for my new home and the guys and gals at ACE Livermore essentially know me by name and know that I will have TONS of questions for them when I walk through the doors.They are all always super polite and friendly, plus they actually know their stuff...unlike the folks at the big orange spot!I have also discovered that you can shop online and order things to be delivered right to the store and it usually arrives in a day or two. Great option for when youre not in a rush to get a project done!
Very well stocked. Good customer service. Prices are high on some items. They have a great selection of Craftsman tools and the best assortment of nuts and bolts compared to Home Depot and Lowes.
