I saw Dr. Li today and had the most thorough and well explained eye exam. She took the time to properly fit me for contacts which took some troubleshooting. She didn't rush through the appointment and I finally have a solution which doesn't involve different glasses for different tasks. No one tried to upsell me anything and the prices were reasonable. The front desk and tech were friendly and welcoming. I'll be going back with the rest of my family.
Cannot say enough great things about this office. Kaiser was not able to fit me in for an eye emergency and they fit me in same day. Very clean bright office and very friendly staff. Most importantly knowledgeable and able to help me that day. Highly recommend. Will be back.
They are always nice and helpful and I like that they take time to explain what is going on with my eyesight and take into account my comfort - not just the readings on the eye tools. They treat me a like a neighbor! It's a nice small town attitude.
