I fist visited the store about a year ago and met Steve. I have never owned a hot tub and had a lot of questions. I seen a hot tub in the showroom that I asked for a quote on and left my email with him. He promptly sent a quote and it seemed fair. But I wanted to do more research. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. I went to several other stores and got quotes. But those quotes were much higher and the salesmen didn’t seem to have all the answers to my questions. From my research, I found that I liked the quality and reviews of the Hot Springs brand. I decided I wanted to get the Jetsetter. This is the best place to buy your hot tub. Steve n his associate came all the way up to Paradise to repair my hot tub. I'm a senior w osteoporosis n needed help ASAP. They came at a drop of a hat, in the cold of winter to put in a new motor. Awesome customer service. They are there when you need. Thank you so much. Tip I learned is keep your jacuzzi running if you are having freezing temps.
