I shopped everywhere from Sacramento to Roseville and Rocklin, and even checked out a hot tub expo. Lots of places promised great deals, but California Hot Spas in Live Oak blew them all out of the water.
Steve helped me from start to finish. The pre-delivery support was great. They helped me transform wasted space into usable space, and now my backyard feels even bigger! On top of an amazing price, their delivery and post-delivery support have been excellent. Their customer service sets the bar. Don't waste your time elsewhere! I highly recommend!

I fist visited the store about a year ago and met Steve. I have never owned a hot tub and had a lot of questions. I seen a hot tub in the showroom that I asked for a quote on and left my email with him. He promptly sent a quote and it seemed fair. But I wanted to do more research. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy. I went to several other stores and got quotes. But those quotes were much higher and the salesmen didn’t seem to have all the answers to my questions. From my research, I found that I liked the quality and reviews of the Hot Springs brand. I decided I wanted to get the Jetsetter.
