He is the best--let me start with that. If I could leave 6 stars, I would. I had been searching for a technician for a few months. Some promised to come but never showed up, and others didn't even call back. Omar responded right away. He called me back, asked a few questions, and explained clearly what he would do during the first visit, with no hidden fees. Omar arrived and fixed everything. He performed diagnostics and explained what needed to be done without any pressure--just offered his advice. We agreed and got started. I'm still amazed at how quickly Omar responded. He even text me an ETA when he was in route. He arrived to inspect the sprinkler system as it had been leaking and was able to repair it immediately. I will absolutely be calling Omar for future projects and I highly recommend him.
