“Very disappointed and unhappy with Webb Sanders Funeral Home. My mother passed away on October 9th and despite her and my father having paid for their funeral packages years ago, the funeral home dragged their feet with providing the service. When they did finally get back to me, they only offered me two days, November 4 or 12. That’s nearly a month after she passed. To top it off, they didn’t have the memorial cards ready for the service and when family went to go pick them up at their office a week later, they still weren’t ready but they blamed me and said they had been calling to have me pick them up.
