Thomas, thank you for your personal service and assistance with getting my medication! My father, who was a pharmacist with his own pharmacy would be so proud that you exemplified what customer service and pharmaceutical care is all about!
Thankfully I haven't had any severe medical issues. But I will say, I often remind staff here, I know my body better than you do. So refer me as I ask, order me an X-ray as I ask or order me an MRI as I ask, etc. The 4 star rating is for the times I had to push and push due to Kaisers "protocol" being followed, rather than listening to me. A protocol may help in most situations, but not all. Regardless of protocol, patients know their body's.
