I have been a member of Kaiser ever since I was born and when we moved one of the first things I had to look for was that they had Kaiser since I do use Kaiser to pick up my medication and other things and to my delight they had a Kaiser not even 10 minutes away and I absolutely love this location. I found a great Doctor Who I've had for about a year now he is great efficient listens to all my concerns. Takes quality care and office patients. I Absolutely, do love this location OB doctor unfortunately retired. He was absolutely amazing. A big sweetheart is absolutely missed, but I was glad to be able to be his patient as long as I could establish go above and beyond to achieve what they need for their patients, they also have a optometry appointment. They have an eyeglass center conveniently located next-door. I don't know if they do walk-ins but usually they can get you in the same day or the next day very convenient very friendly hopeful staff they also have available x-rays so you don't have to be sent somewhere else you have your x-rays done right here and not have to worry about going somewhere else. The pharmacy is one of my favorite places to go here I need to get my medication. I never have to wait long because if you sign up with the text message feature, they will text you and let you know when your medication is ready so you don't have to wait around then you can come back later, if you have not checked it out, I would highly recommend that you check them out this location is not a hospital so they don't take emergency walk-ins they are by appointment only so just keep that in mind if you need to go to a hospital, unfortunately this location does not have that available here. Just keep that in mind in case that something that you need to go into, they don't have it, thank you Kaiser Lincoln for going above and beyond always making me feel valued as a member. Thomas, thank you for your personal service and assistance with getting my medication! My father, who was a pharmacist with his own pharmacy would be so proud that you exemplified what customer service and pharmaceutical care is all about!

Thankfully I haven't had any severe medical issues. But I will say, I often remind staff here, I know my body better than you do. So refer me as I ask, order me an X-ray as I ask or order me an MRI as I ask, etc. The 4 star rating is for the times I had to push and push due to Kaisers "protocol" being followed, rather than listening to me. A protocol may help in most situations, but not all. Regardless of protocol, patients know their body's.
