We recently moved back to Lincoln and made sure to book Richard with Gecko Pest Control shortly after we moved in. He serviced our last house in Lincoln and we were very satisfied with the service. We had ants inside and ants and roaches outside of our new house. He was very friendly and professional and made sure to ask questions to make sure all our needs were met. He also came back in 30 days for a follow up and was prompt and professional. Highly recommend!Services: General pest inspection

The reviews we read about Gecko Pest Control before hiring them were super positive, and our experience was totally consistent with that! Both Rich (our service professional) and Magan (the office professional) were great communicators, incredibly friendly, and helpful in every way! And we had a lot of questions up front - all of which were responded to, in detail. Rich was super nice, and he took the time to find out exactly what was going on with the pests in and around our house, explaining what was going on and what he could do to help, providing details about the service that he was going to perform, and then doing exactly what he said that he was going to do.
