The Defense customer service is outstanding. Leish is friendly and courteous and aims to please. He removed the ants, wasp nests and spiderwebs from my perimeter eaves, patio and deck around my home and detached garage. He treated my exterior foundation, eaves, patio and deck plus doorways of both structures. Since I was not home for this, he came back to spray the inside of the garage. I highly recommend this company.
I have nothing but positive things to say about Defense. We have been using them for over a year on a rental property in Sacramento, and the tenants haven't called me about ants or other critters since they took over. Anytime I contact them the response time is almost immediate.
Recently an AC tech discovered fairly large wasp nests in our AC unit at our primary residence. I called defense and they were out the next morning.
