Our water heater started leaking and not long after that we no longer had hot water. I called Eagle after seeing other reviews and the lady on the phone was extremely pleasant to deal with. She said they could be out by 8pm that night. That time didn't work for me but I appreciated how quickly they could be out. Instead they arrived the next day. The gentleman who came was also very pleasant to deal with. I assumed it would take days if not weeks to fix. Nope. From showing up to being done we had a new water heater and hot water in 3 hours. I could not be happier with the experience and would recommend them to anyone. The cost seemed very reasonable based on what I expected (feared) it would cost.

Want to commend a local business for the great customer service provided by the office staff, but especially the employee who responded. Had a plumbing issue this week that needed a little more solving than usual. Larry went above and beyond in solving the problem, and being kind and compassionate during a stressful time. We had two companies come over both didn't know what they were doing. Larry came over and fix the problem in a hour. We were so happy with the repairs. His coming back next week to do over repairs.
