I had a leak in my Attic Called b z, the plumbing. They could not come out for 2 days since they were busy so I waited. Santiago came by and found the leak in my attic period he repaired it but told me I have old plastic pipes that should be replaced made an appointment with their repipe specialist. Brandon Came out with his team.They showed up at 6 o'clock in the morning. I was amazed how organized they were and got right to work. It took two days to repipe my house. We had a new expansion tank replaced under warranty last month but we heard noises, every time we used hot water. Called BZ and Santiago Mendoza came out and explained that there were air bubbles in the line. We turned on all faucets for 2 minutes while Santiago released the control valve. Magic.... he gave us detailed instructions on what to do if if happens again. He was most courteous and very helpful in telling us how to drain our hot water heater in the future.
