The office staff is very friendly and patient, they walked me through 30 sets of glasses before I finally chose the perfect pair! Dr. Garcia is thorough, and spends time with each patient making sure their experience is pleasurable and informative. In addition, the company supports local organization and events.

I have been going to Family Eye Care for many, many years and I have always been treated with respect, and all of the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a local eye doctor you won't be disappointed.

Last visit was no very friendly. Upon signing in the receptionist was rude n unpleasant . Entering the exam room with screens, l had to pull chair out no assistance ?. I was using my cane, the chair was rolling all over. Awkward n dangerous. After appointment was making arrangements for new glasses. I was rushed. Not even asked if I approved. I had to ask for darker tint. Well if the glasses dont meet my needs it will be returned for corrections.
