I struggled with horrible tennis elbow aka tendinitis for months. I came to Paz back in November and she massaged and used her cupping method to help me regain movement in my arm. I could tell after every massage my arm was feeling better and better! She not only helped my pain but offered suggestions on exercises to help strengthen my muscles and tendons. This helped the healing process. She is the best!

The best lymphatic massage! Grace was knowledgeable, gentle, informative and even discovered a stitch had been left in my navel and redness around the area, possibly preventing an infection. I travel for work and so grateful to have found Grace while traveling. She asked about my previous experience with lymphatic massage and explained what she was doing step by step ensuring I was ok and comfortable along the way. The warm cupping machine was a bonus.
