The staff here is incredibly cool. I interact with Ana and Dr Manny the most and they are both kind and professional. Everything is explained in great detail and they answer any questions that you have, plus they are super flexible when you have time constraints that needs to be resolved while you're part of a study.

I've been coming for several weeks already and I have never had a poor experience. Some of the other reviews on here talk about not being able to take part of the trials but that's how it goes with research. My experience at Synergy research was just phenomenal! The staff treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. They are very caring and treat the whole person. I highly recommend them.

I will have to say that Mr. Woody is very nice I liked him from Day 1 . Dr Semeneck and I go way back to my days as a client of TeleCare Access Gold Team that was a loooooong time ago. I miss Ms. Betty a lot she was a wonderful person.. I dont agree with some of the stuff that yall do.. However I do miss yall a lot.. I moved away to the Antelope Valley back in 2015..
