I am a first-time home buyer. We needed close in 20 days. Theo fit us into his busy schedule. He was highly detailed. We were presented with many pages of details. He comments on everything he inspects and offers them in a PDF via email. PDF includes a summary section detailing potential findings the owners should address. He was available by phone, text, and email whenever I had a question, even eight months after purchasing the house! Great service! Highly recommend! He is a dedicated workman and genuine human being who anyone would be fortunate to have their future home inspected.
