I very highly recommend Sunset Property Inspection and Theo. Not only was the service provided extremely thorough and complete, he was a pleasure to do business with and was genuinely as excited for us to have our offer accepted! The set up process was an absolutely breeze, a quick call and call back and we had contact made to let him know we were under contract and he was able to do our inspection nearly immediately. He was very easy to communicate and schedule with and was accommodating of our access to the property. The inspection itself took a few house as he was able to check over every square inch of the house, from the roof and siding, chimney, bathroom, furnace and AC, and even checked for moisture in the walls and attic. We were then called to do a walk through of any areas of concern, and to ask questions on areas we wanted checked out. Very shortly after, we had our 51 page report of any areas of concern, recommendations for follow up, and pictures of the issues via email. Theo is definitely someone I will recommend to anyone purchasing a house as he will get the details you need in order to feel comfortable and confident in what will likely be the largest purchase of your life. I am a first-time home buyer. Theo from Sunset property inspection was hired to inspect a house that we were interested in. This was the time when homes were getting multiple offers in a hot San Diego market! We needed someone who was super fast and honest to close in 20 days! Theo fit us into his very busy schedule. He was extremely extremely detailed and thorough with his work. The reviews are authentic, and we were presented with many pages of details with smallest things mentioned. He details and comments on everything that he inspects, and presents them in a PDFvia email, usually on the same or next day after the inspection. PDF also includes a summary section that details potentially significant findings that should be addressed by the owners. He was available by phone, text, and e-mail whenever I had a question even eight months after purchasing the house! Great service! Highly recommend! He is a dedicated workman and genuine human being who anyone would be fortunate to have their future home inspected.
