Felt like she could should pay more attention to me then being on her phone. Original appointment time was 12:30 -1pm then she changed it to 2:30 then again 3pm due to a emergency okay. Didn't start till 3:15 Had someone else wash my hair she didn't show till almost 4:15ish and she had another client in the chair. She didn't start my hair till about 5 she was so preoccupied with others she didn't focus on my hair one side of my hair was/is really damaged over I have fine curly thin hair and I felt since she said she specializes in hair cut I was hoping she could do me. Signature hair studio in San Diego is my go to salon place when I want to get my hair done I absolutely love the owner she's professional the place is clean the decor is beautiful not only that whenever I sit in her chair I always get out of the chair feeling in and looking like 1 million bucks on top I also have been in many other chairs within her salon and have always always been completely satisfied so if you're ever in the San Diego area definitely check them out it's worth it trust me you won't be disappointed
