I highly recommend Island Tat , This is my second Tattoo done there the art work was very professionally performed GREAT WORK , My last Tattoo was done by Tanner , I enjoyed Tanner he was smooth , fast and precise. He explained the designs and told the story of the folklore where they came from , I lived in Kona for 12 years and worked as a fishing captain as well of having one of my children born in Kealakekua HI, I have lots friends and family their .Tanner left me with a great representation of good memories I had in Hawaii . ones I will remember the rest of my Life , Josh the owner of Island Tats has done a great job designing and running his Passion Career shop look clean n great ,Thanks again Josh for connecting me with Tanner I'll be back thats for sure, MAHALO
Josh and the rest of the team were truly amazing. My wife and I flew in for our first tattoo's and the entire experience went incredibly well. Josh takes so much time to listen and learn about his clients. He asks questions that really inspire creative thinking and introspection. He uses this consultation to create his art and then draw it out with true meaning. I also read his book cover to cover while my wife was getting her work done. Parts or all of it should be required reading for anyone interested in any sort of Pacific Island ink. We will be back!
Five stars truly doesn’t even begin to capture how incredible my experience with Island Tat was. From the very first step of scheduling, everything was handled with such care and flexibility. The team went out of their way to accommodate my schedule, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
