EDCO Customer Service Office provides a positive experience for its customers. The drivers are kind and friendly, often waving and honking at children. The office has a clean location with respectful employees who assist homeless customers exchanging recycling for cash. Additionally, the customer service team is polite and helpful, making rental and pickup processes smooth and easy. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the recycling service.
Their customer service is always great. Unlike other utility companies, they don't keep you on hold forever and requests been answered right away. Seriously I am always impressed with them. Thank you EDCO! ?
I just use this location to recycle my plastics. But my Mom rented a dumpster from there for 99 dollars for a week or month not sure. But it was handy she got rid of a lot. They were prompt delivering and picking up.
