These guys did not try to hook me on the stupid up-selling / return visit BS that other pest control places do. They quoted me for one visit to spray the outside of my house, they came the same day, did a thorough job, and charged my card after the job was done. I haven’t had an outdoor roach problem since.

5 stars across the board! I had a bed bug problem. The office staff were very helpful identifying the critters and working with me on scheduling. The hero in the story is Isaac, their 'bed bug whisperer". He was thorough, informative, on time, very knowledgeable, approachable and amazing. I followed all the protocols for prepping/washing/heating, etc and today was the last treatment. My unit is bed bug free now. If you have a bed bug problem, large or small, call American Pest Control and ask for Isaac as your technician.

Willy and Enrique went about their job and did not have interruptions. They fixed the things on the list and were done within the day. Gave me the walk thru at the end. Good job guys.
