I should've listened to the reviews but I took a chance anyways. That was a mistake! That was one of the worst hair salon experiences i have ever had. I just moved to Southern California about a few months ago and I needed to find a hair stylist in the area that can do a silk press. My appointment was booked for 12pm. I showed up on time and when I walked in, Brianna (the hairstylist) was already working on another client. After about an hour of waiting she finally washes my hair. Then a THIRD client walks in. After shes done washing my hair (the quickest hair wash ever), she sits me under a dryer while she finishes the other clients sew in. I sat under that dryer for almost 2 HOURS!! She didn't start on my hair until a little after 3pm and i didn't leave out of there until 4:10pm. Just unbelievable! Don't agree to a certain time if you know you have other clients. She has no respect for other people's time and she didn't apologize or offer a discount for the inconvenience. This is why I do my own hair. Won't be going back.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... a full hour late with ZERO remorse!!! I drove one hour out to get my hair done with an appointment here at Lush. I waited for 40 minutes AFTER my apt. waiting for my stylist to arrive. She reached out an shared an ETA of an additional 20 minutes. She told me " ... I can't control it... Things happen.." I told her how far I drove and that "...it was an inconvenience but I'll wait." Hurt by the word inconvenienced she immediately sent a refund and told me "...have a nice day."

Ok first off, lemme just say Patrick saved me today!! Had an appointment at another salon in Lawndale .Lush hair imports. The stylist stood me up and didn't show up! Panicked cause I'm going out of town, called Patrick and he said be at his salon which is still close by in Gardena, he relaxed my hair and cut it and styled it in less than 2 hours!! Whewwww!!
He told me what time to be there and I was already five mintues from him anyway. He showed up and showed out. He has a customer from now on. Love him and his energy! I will be back lord willing! He is the real deal!!

I walked in a couple of mins before my appointment time. Shop smelled like straight Mary Jane. I'm not against but really in the work place? Anyways, I walk in, no greeting and she's working on some one else's hair. I'm scheduled for 1 p.m. She has me sit by the sink. She's talking to the girl in the chair saying contradicting things about how she told a bride she "didn't have to worry about her being late to do her hair." I'm laughing in my head since she's late doing my hair. I wanted to leave but I already took the day off AND was flying out the next day. She finally gets to my head an hour late with no apologies at all. She then asks me if I brought hair. I told her that I mentioned to her via dm that I would be purchasing hair from her. She confirmed on the message, assuring me there would be hair to purchase when I got there. Fast forward, she proceeds to tell me she sold out of hair and she couldn't do my hair that day. Unbelievable, she wasted my time and offered no apology or anything. She then says she may get more hair and let me know later that day. I go home and she never reaches out again so I politely messaged her for my refund. She never replied until the next morning asking if I wanted to still come in. I politely declined and asked for my refund. I have receipts and proof of all texts exchanges. I was paying her $450+ taxes. I politely took my $ elsewhere. I Would not recommend. My time is extremely valuable and I am very busy as well so I have no tolerance for inconsiderate & unprofessional people.

I love my new install!!! Initially, I was skeptic about paying $450 for hair and install because I wasn't sure of the quality of hair and I had not had the experience of having Brianna do my hair. I must say, Brianna is very skillful in her craft of doing hair. The installation itself was an expedient and comfortable experience. Most importantly, it was not super tight upon completion but it is well installed. I really enjoyed spending time in her chair as I felt she provided me with the ultimate customer service experience. Brianna's quality of hair is the best!!! I actually received my install on August 2 and waited before writing a review simply because I wanted to review the hair as well as her service. After two weeks, there is minimal shedding if any, and the hair is still soft and in tack. I am going to return for color and will review the hair after this process. But for now, the quality of hair and service is the bomb diggity!!!!! Thank you Brianna for the transformational experience. It was worth every penny.

I saw the ad on Instagram and contacted Brianna regarding a custom wig. I gave her a deposit and she told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks she told me it was in the coloring process. I asked her to send me a picture when it was finished but I didn't receive one. A few days later when I asked her again she said it was under the dryer. The day I was going to get it installed, again I asked for a picture before my appointment which she never sent because she said she was too busy with other clients and became very rude. That evening I received the picture and as I suspected, it wasn't like the sample picture I provided her with. She's unreliable and unprofessional. I do not recommend her business. The pictures are of the sample I gave her and of her coloring work. It was just a waste of my time and a disappointment. Of course she didn't refund my deposit either.

Brianna is very professional and leave me happy every time! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! She gets her hair straight from the source! Hair is amazing and I can't imagine ever going back to any other hair. Hair does not shed very silky and never have to do to much to it.
