So my husband got me a Groupon some years ago for my birthday. Never had a wax I was so nervous and scared at the same time. Once I walked in the door for my appointment I fell in love on how clean and organized the suite was and the welcoming of Alicia she made me feel relaxed. She gave me tips on after care I even got an email with instructions and a follow up. I haven't been to anyone else I live 2hours away now I still manage to come to my gurl.
