Gilbert and Ryan were very professional, they showed up promptly and got all the work done in one visit. They made everything very clear were helpful and did great work. I cannot comment on the cost because I did not pay. My landlord paid, and my landlord called 3 other companies over 72 hours while a broken pipe flooded under my home and I couldn't use my toilet.
This company was brought in by a plumber during emergency emergency repair. This is an amateur company, the containment they put up failed overnight. They released eight different types of toxic mold spores in our dwelling made it uninhabitable didn't file any permits and trigger to stop work order at our construction site. They didn't show up on time after making such a huge mess. They didn't show up for two days, after the machines blew toxins around our home for 2 days; and we were forced to move out. They gave us fraudulent reports regarding testing, and tried to charge us $5000 to do it. Had to file with CSLB and will have to take them to court to recover the losses.
Used this company several years ago. Charged $1600 to repair less than four square feet of drywall. Water heater crapped out right before Christmas. There was no pan underneath so the drywall it was sitting on was destroyed. We were desperate to get it fixed and didn’t ask the right questions. Lesson learned.
