Went 07/03/26 and everybody was very nice and helpful but more importantly the doctor really helped. Service was fast as well but was not busy when I was there.

No parking lot so you have to find parking somewhere on one of the streets. All the staff were friendly and attentive and took care of me well. They got me in and out of there quick since my injury was very minor. I was so glad this location is so close to me and open on a Sunday.

I made an appointment and still had to wait almost an hour to be seen. I came in with a minor problem and they made it worse. After 2 and a half hours there, they told me they couldn't help me anymore and I left with extreme pain and discomfort that I didn't have before my appointment. They told me the pain should subside but it didn’t and it got worse. I’m now forced to resort to emergency specialized care that I have to pay $600 out of pocket for to relieve the pain that i didn’t have before I went to this urgent care. Staff was kind and polite which I appreciated but I definitely will never revisit after this disaster.

Fast was out in about an hour and half even with 5 ppl ahead ! The nurse with the tattoos upper nice to us and the doctor was too love this place

Today I had to take my daughter to be seen there and I have to say it was a great experience from start to finish , the wait time wasn’t too crazy better the wait time in the er. The MA that did her intake was companionate, patience, caring . Dr. Broom was amazing with my daughter as well took her time to explain to my daughter what she was doing throughout her visit
