I found Ron on Yelp and all the comments are true-he's on time, reliable and knows his stuff. An additional benefit is his ability to communicate. He returns calls promptly, let's you know when he'll be there and if he's running behind schedule. In addition, he explains what the issues are and what it's going to take to get the job done. I'll keep his number for any of my appliance issues.

Ron was great to work with. He replaced our oven fan and he will be back to replace our microwave soon. He's a wealth of knowledge. Ron is very professional, reliable, reasonable and most importantly he's honest.

Ronnie is our go to guy. He always makes it out on the day we call. He has sat here multiple times for hours trying to get to the root of the issue with our heater but charges us a fair price every time. He's very dedicated to his work, even came back out the next day to install the part we overnighted. I don't call anyone else!
