Amanda Snow is a game changer. She immediately calmed and helped regulate my nervous system. She gave me practical tools based in body and mind that have helped me to acknowledge and change patterns in my life that were not serving me. Just had my first session with Amanda and it was incredibly healing. She is an intuitive and kind practitioner that made me feel comfortable in her space. She was able to help me stay present, be vulnerable and get a moment away from life’s to do list to heal. Highly recommend someone like Amanda trained in many different disciplines!
