Larkspur Cleaners saved me when my dog peed on my bed the day after Christmas. Maybe he didn't like what Santa brought him? A Queen down comforter won't fit in my washer, and I just could not face the laundromat. I ended up bringing in all my soiled bedding. So glad I did! It was so nice to have them take care of everything. They quoted me 3 days but had them ready in 2. Everything was clean and no trace of pee smell.

They dry cleaned my wedding dress! Usually it’s one of those pieces you want to ensure they do a great job. And they exceeded my expectations. My dress has beading which I was afraid it would fall off from the dry cleaning heat. But they took care of it.I’ve also had comforters cleaned.

Horrific customer service and morals. I have been coming here for 4.5 years, they know my name, etc. The end of March they didn't know where one of my blouses went, so I said, "Ok please look and I'll come back in 2 weeks." (They actually said they would call but I knew that I should go in). I come in again today, 3 weeks from picking up dry cleaning and - sure enough - they cannot find it. They haven't done this before, so I said, "Ok, let's just consider it gone unfortunately. How do we approach from here." This is where I'm baffled at the woman's behavior. She said the price I quoted for my blouse is too much (I was giving her a range of Banana Republic prices) and would ask her insurance to process. I said I don't want an insurance claim, I just want my money back. Then she has the audacity to say the price for my blouse isn't right because it is older now, to which I replied I now have to buy a new one, so the price seems fair. She scoffed at me, said I was being ridiculous, and I quickly interjected that I did not lose the blouse. After holding my ground and saying, these are the prices of my blouses, she says "I don't want your business. You are not welcome here." BECAUSE THEY LOST MY BLOUSE.
