Phenomenal customer service from the time we walked in the door!! We were a walk in for a tattoo, and were greeted by everyone who walked by us, including other customers..such a lovely,warm welcoming to the tattoo shop. Nova, the tattoo artist, came to the front counter to meet with us, he introduced himself, shook our hands and asked my daughter what she wanted to get..shortly after, my daughter was getting the tattoo she wanted.
