I went in today for my annual check up and I had a very great experience. Very professional staff and very informative. I got all my questions answered and I look forward for my next check up. Dr.Lawenda is an amazing Dr. I totally recommend him.
You guys don't ever deserve 1 star! I will be reaching out come Monday about how terrible the services have become here! I cried in the parking lot WHILE THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME WHILE I STOOD THERE MISCARRYING!! How in the world do you guys not have an ultrasound machine available in urgent care! Why do you send your patients out to another clinic which isn't open on the weekends!!! You send them to the EMERGENCY room! The staff in urgent care who take you in, all of them are RUDE! Your patients are sick and having an attitude doesn't make them feel better!! I went in twice for the SAME thing and got pushed away! I paid my copay and NEVER saw a Dr!!!! I walked out today and went straight to Palmdale Regional where they told me I was misscarrying and why I wasn't handled at my place of insurance. I will be calling corporate Monday morning!
Review: Kaiser Urgent Care - A Disappointing Experience with PA Donald Schiller My recent visit to Kaiser Urgent Care was profoundly disappointing, primarily due to the dismissive and unprofessional behavior of Physician Assistant Donald Schiller. Despite waiting for hours in the urgent care facility, my concerns and pain were met with indifference. I sought urgent medical attention because I was in significant pain and genuinely concerned about my health. Instead of receiving the care and empathy one would expect from a medical professional, I was told to simply go home and take Tylenol. This advice felt dismissive and inadequate given the severity of my symptoms. When I insisted on having urine and blood work done to ensure a proper diagnosis, PA Schiller outright dismissed my request. His reluctance to perform even basic diagnostic tests made me feel that my concerns were not being taken seriously. This lack of thoroughness is particularly troubling, as no one visits urgent care without a genuine need for immediate medical attention. Patients deserve to be heard and treated with respect, especially in urgent care settings. If you are being seen by this physician assistant, please advocate and demand test to be run.
