Don't use the Global Atlantic Financing Company that Joshua Mortuary offers. They are horrible to work with! They don't send out statements, hard to reach and don't send any reminders out for the promo end date. I wish we could get our money back but that's not possible now. We will use another Memorial service for our family moving forward.

If you have a loved one resting there be careful because the staff is weird they will toss all your things away except for a certain grave that never gets touched the gardeners like to sit there and flirt with the lady at the grave and that's why her grave never gets its flowers tossed and they take extra good care of only this grave but will toss out everyone else's things there should not be special treatment for non it's either all or non so keep an eye out and call them and complain about this you guys .we all paid for a spot not only this lady

Was here for a funeral a couple months back. It’s and ok place. But communication with Family and “chaplain” who officiated the service was not smooth. And I don’t think it’s up the family to help with that. And how Old is the sound system where they had the viewing ? My goodness this was the biggest problem with the whole thing. No one can hear a thing and the static was louder than anything else. Invest a little into the people in charge of this and buy a new sound system. For goodness sake

Everything is great I lost my baby 2 months ago and I would like to decorate like in other cemeteries the only thing I don’t like is at we can’t decorate i go visit every Fridays and I would like to keep my baby section clean

UPDATE STILL Service Corporation International (SCI) and DIGNITY MEMORIAL PARK OWNERS HAVENT DONE ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM WHIT THE WELL PUMP TO FIX THE MAINTENANCE CONDITION OF PARK AFTER ALL THE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THEY CHARGE TO PEOPLE WHEN THEY ARE IN THE MOST VULNERABLE SITUATION AFTER A FAMILY MEMBERS PASSED WAY.

I WILL LIKE TO UPDATE MY REVIEW I WAS CONTACTED BY GENERAL MANAGER OF JOSHUA PARK TRAY TO CONVENCE ME THAT THEY ARE PUTING WATER 24 HOURS AND I DON THINK THATS TRUE BECAUSE THEY MOW FOR TREE DAYS SO YOU CANT PUT WATER WEN MOWING PLUS HE SAY TO ME THERE DOING IT FOR 20 MIN EACH STATION THE PROBLEM IS WHIT THE KIND OF ROTOR SPRINKLER DEPENDING OF ANGLE THERE AJUSTED FROM 45, 180, OR 360 THEY TAKE BETWEEN 2 TO 5 MIN TO DO A FULL ROTATION SO IS IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE ENOUGH WATER BY STATION HE ASK ME TO WAIT FOR FALL TO FIX PARK AND THAT IN A FEW MONTHS THEY WILL CHANGE MAINTENANCE COMPANY TO FIX PROBLEM WEN IN REALITY THEY JUST NEED TO FIX THE. Hello, I have my daughter in this cemetery where they forbid us from putting up lights, they forbid us from putting up decorations when we used to put them up and the place was good, the grass was good and now they don't want to listen to us, the grass is dry, dirty and neglected, people have to come to water and cut the grass because they don't maintain it. I wanted to come and comment on why it doesn't seem fair to me that they demand and they don't listen to us. I don't know if this can help more people to see where their loved one will be.

Vanessa was awesome. I emailed explained what I wanted. She didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They handled everything very professionally. She has the best personality for that job. They made a horrible situation easier to deal with. We used another funeral home in Lancaster last year for my aunt and it was a horrible experience so I can’t say enough about Joshua and it’s all good!!!
