High Desert Gastroenterology, Advanced Endoscopy and Pain, or whatever they change their name to next, this place SUCKS!! Overbooked appointments, Rude front office staff, RUDE back office staff, hours (Yes, HOURS!) long wait, and excuses out the window! Appointment scheduled for 1pm. Got a call at 10am, a cancelled appointment! If I can get there by 11, I would be processed. When I was standing to be checked in, receptionist answered phone. Person on phone was told 'if you don't check in within 15 minutes of your appointment time, we cancel and you will need to reschedule!' Ok, everything timed? Worst answering service I’ve ever spoke to. I called with an emergency and operator 105 hung up on me so I called back and asked for a supervisor. He said he was the only supervisor and the ONLY one working. He didn’t know Dr Atla was a Doctor here, didn’t take my message, and hung up on me again.

A fight broke out in the lobby today and the incompetent staff did nothing to diffuse the situation. Avoid this dumpster fire of a clinic at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would.
