Had a great experience! Helen is amazing! I had color and cut and it turned out better than I imagined. She will be my permanent hairdresser for as long as we live here. Thank you Helen, love the way my hair looks.

In response to Allyson's review. I am defending my work as I've been a hairdresser for 29 years. The lack of communication was due to her sister not informing me she had previously applied black box hair color. Had I known I would have advised her that it would not lift as light as her desired picture. As far as "fixing" we could've lightened again and risked drying her hair out or breaking off or applied a darker color. The process was not rushed. She was in the salon for 2 1/2 hours and her hair was not orange. Tried calling to refund her money and got no response.

I've been going to Helen for 20 years and no matter how many times I change my cut and color she always nails it! I think almost everyone I know goes to Helen or Heather. Much love ladies.
