First of all I want to say the staff is really nice and helpful when it came to making arrangements but one thing I am really unhappy about is there is not enough people in the office to help. I came in wanted to make arrangements but both of the staff were busy helping others in the meeting room and even though they acknowledged me they couldn’t assist me further because the lack of office staff. I find this unacceptable that there’s not enough staff to help or why a big company like the Archdiocese does not hire more people!
I normally don’t write reviews AT ALL, but after what I had seen today I am disappointed. Came to visit my grandparents at 10am. The cemetery visiting hours open at 8am, apparently you aren’t allowed to leave flowers until after 12pm. So I left my flowers for them in the car. Another man comes with flowers, and an employee who works there walked from whatever building is in the back just to tell him no flowers. Then as the employee is walking back, he picks up flowers that were placed for someone and walks off with them. I hope he puts them back at 12, it’s rude and disrespectful. Two hours before 12? We had my Mother's Burial on Saturday June 29th.
We had all Funeral contracts paid for plus I paid for Saturday Service additional $460 Dollars.
But there was no one there from Good shepards Representing for Memorial services .
If it was not for Family Memorial Services walking us through the whole thing all steps of what was going to take place,we would of all been lost and waiting for direction!
There was no one there but a Security Guard that looked as he was running the whole Cemetery.
Is that the way this Catholic Cemetery works?
